Every laptop emits two things from its underside that your body absorbs during lap use: electromagnetic radiation (RF from WiFi, Bluetooth, and cellular connections, plus ELF from the battery and circuitry) and heat from the processor, battery, and internal components. A Carrying Case, a Lap Shield, and a Stand - in One Sleeve

The sleeve is built from premium vegan leather with neoprene stretch siding that expands to fit thicker laptops. The padded interior protects the device from scratches and impact during transport.

Remove the laptop and place the empty sleeve flat on your lap - it becomes a non-slip lap shield. Flip the VELCRO flap outward to expose the non-slip interior surface, which grips the laptop and prevents sliding. For an elevated typing angle, fold the flap into a triangular backrest and lean the back of the laptop against it - improving ergonomics and airflow at the same time.

When you are done working, slide the laptop back in, close the flap, and carry it. The sleeve fits into backpacks, briefcases, and tote bags without adding bulk.

How to Use

Using as a Lap Shield

1. Remove the laptop from the sleeve. Place the empty sleeve flat on your lap.

2. Set the laptop on top of the sleeve. The shielding layer is now between the bottom of the laptop and your body. EMF radiation and heat from the laptop are reduced at the point of contact.

3. For a non-slip surface: flip the VELCRO flap outward so the non-slip interior material faces up. This grips the laptop and prevents it from sliding off your legs.

Using as an Ergonomic Stand

1. Fold the VELCRO flap into thirds. Secure it into the slots on the sleeve to form a triangular backrest.

2. Lean the back of the laptop against the wedge. This elevates the screen to a more comfortable viewing angle and tilts the keyboard for easier typing.

3. Improved airflow. The elevated position creates a gap underneath the laptop, allowing heat to dissipate more effectively than when the device sits flat on your lap.

Using as a Carrying Case

1. Slide the laptop into the padded compartment. The soft interior cushions the device against scratches and minor impacts.

2. Close the VELCRO flap. The flap holds the laptop securely inside during transport.

3. Keep the shielded back facing your body when carrying. Even when the laptop is stored inside the sleeve, it continues to emit EMF radiation if it is not completely powered off. Orienting the shielded back toward your body reduces exposure during transport in a backpack, briefcase, or tote bag.

Care Instructions

• Wipe the vegan leather exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely.

• Keep the VELCRO closure free of lint and fabric debris for a reliable seal.

• Avoid storing heavy objects on top of the sleeve, which could compress the padding.
