How to Use

Apply to damp body skin and massage gently in circular motions for 30–60 seconds per area. Rinse thoroughly and follow with moisturizer. Use 2–3 times per week on non-consecutive days. For sensitive skin, begin 1–2 times per week and use light pressure.
